I was worried it would taste bad, but I'm pleasantly surprised and glad to say it doesn't. Usually I'll mix it with a banana, soy or rice milk, some honey, and a multi-vitamin. I may... read moreI was worried it would taste bad, but I'm pleasantly surprised and glad to say it doesn't. Usually I'll mix it with a banana, soy or rice milk, some honey, and a multi-vitamin. I may mix other fruits in there too. (Pineapple works great.) You'll want to do some experimenting to see what you like, but this green blend is not as strong or bad tasting as some other brands I've tried. I actually enjoy it and like the taste. :)
And...wow...my body feels AMAZING after drinking it. I feel healthier, lighter, happier, cleaner inside... There really is a difference. I don't crave junk food as much any more, because I know how it'll make my body and energy feel after. Thanks to Vitamineral Greens, I had no idea I could feel so good inside!
