I work out a lot and hard. I also have suffered from joint discomfort in the knees and hips as well. I purchased this supplement to sooth some of these symptoms, and I must say that I have not had any knee joint or hip pain in 2 weeks now. Nice-right? I have also noticed that my skin is plumper and refreshingly glowing. I am a fan!
