Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, empty one packet directly under tongue and allow to dissolve for 3 minutes before swallowing (or protein will be inactivated by stomach contents). Use 1 to 3 packets daily, as often as every 4 hours, or as directed by a physician.

Secondly my son caught Mono before Christmas, he took ProBoost as well as Vitamin B, and he was able to return to University this Jan 2010. i.e. 3 weeks.
