Not sure it has the same metabolic benefits as Almased, but at least it tastes good, doesn't have soy (which I don't always tolerate well), and holds me to lunch usually.
I mix it with Greens First for the full "Greens First" effect and it's quite tasty. Good on its own too (which I've done when looking for a snack).
