Rather than to just sell products, we would like to take a more proactive and responsible role in your health by offering custom tailored consultations. With the dietary landscape so vast and often times confusing, I can affordably provide reliable, compassionate answers to your health questions.

While many websites and doctors try to be all things to all people, "cookie cutter" diagnostic computer programs are typically used. Simply put, this is not a very responsible way to assess an individuals health status.What makes us truly different at Pure Prescriptions is that we focus on the individual.This allows me to solely focus on you and your immediate health concerns.

How much does a consultation cost?
All Consultations are $95.00.

What do i get for my money?
We have a Four Step Process of what you can expect.

First you will fill out our patient Intake form. We have conveniently placed a very simple and easy to understand online form. We take your health very seriously, therefore this detailed Questionnaire (patient intake form) will need to be completed. This form will give me the information I need to make good, solid, and responsible suggestions based on your individual needs!

The second step is my review of your intake form. The intake form is a start but I usually need more information to develop a personalized protocol. I write down questions to ask you that are specific to your case so that when we get to Step 3 we can use your time as efficiently as possible. As I am assessing your case, I may need to recommend a specific lab evaluation. Most of these functional laboratory tests I recommend are simple at-home collections that we can mail directly to you.

The third step is a 30-minute phone consultation, email consultation, or office visit (Southern California). During this time I will give you specific dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations based on your personal intake form and lab test (if needed). We will save time to answer whatever questions you may have.
