B-Complex #5 - Features 250 mg of pantothenic acid in a comprehensive B complex. Pantothenic acid is found in high concentrations in the adrenals. Used for adrenal gland support in times of high stress/anxiety.

Pantothenic acid has a reputation as an anti-stress vitamin, and appears to be required for optimal adrenal cortex function and hormone production during stressful situations.
