I'm taking the suggested dose - 8 tablets a day and I take 4 after breakfast and 4 after dinner. I've just started weaning myself off my medications and so far all is going well. I think with the AR-ENCAP it's helping keep that inflammation down so I don't flare while coming off the meds. I'll monitor it for another few months, but I do feel this will be a staple supplement in my cabinet. close
