This product has been a wonderful surprise for me. Taking one capsule/day, my last total cholesterol # was down well below 200 with excellent LDL/HDL ratios. The only thing I have changed in my routine of exercise, fish oils, nuts, etc. was adding in this product. I'm currently on my second set of 3 bottles! Give it a try, the only thing you have to lose is cholesterol!
